
Associate Programme Officer
Adeliya Rashidova is an Associate Programme Officer with the Institutions and Ecosystems Section (DECI) at the International Trade Centre (ITC). Her work focuses on benchmarking, institutional assessments, and ecosystem-based approaches, including institutional ecosystem mapping, to strengthen the performance of Trade and Investment Support Institutions (TISIs).
She supports the design and delivery of initiatives aimed at enhancing institutional service delivery and strengthening how organizations support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in international trade. Her experience spans project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of training and workshops, with a particular focus on trade intelligence tools and digital solutions.
Adeliya has been with ITC since 2019, holding various roles across the organization, including within the Division of Country Programmes and the Trade and Market Intelligence team, where she contributed to capacity-building, communications, and outreach efforts promoting the use of trade intelligence tools among Business Support Organisations (BSOs) and SMEs.
Adeliya holds a Bachelor’s degree with honours in International Events Management and a Master of Business Administration from two Swiss universities. She works fluently in English, French, and Russian.
