During her years of experience in New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), as well as roles in shipping and export manufacturing, Anne Chappaz has helped hundreds of companies to meet the challenges of internationalization. Her roles with NZTE have included sector leadership, grant programmes, account management and senior trade and diplomatic roles in North America, Europe and the Middle East. She has specific experience to TISIs in client segmentation, CRM, strategic planning and result measurement systems. Her recent work with ITC has involved Benchmarking®, institutional assessments, strategy development, governance, human resources development and performance measurement systems.

She holds Master Degrees from the Universities of Auckland and Bordeaux, as well as certificates in General Management, Enterprise Strategy, Change Implementation, Project Management, Balanced Scorecards and Coaching. Anne is fluent in English and French.
