What to expect from the programme?
The course is built around the 4 core SME competitiveness capabilities. Learn about effective business assessment, how to use ITC's proprietary SME Diagnostic tool, and how to leverage the results for better services and increased impact.
At the end of the course, you’ll have to pass a 30 questions exam. Upon passing, you’ll be granted certification and all the tools will be unlocked in your dashboard.
